Courtney + Aaron's Wedding at The Estate at New Albany
If you follow me on Instagram, you might already know that I am pretty type-A. I love to be organized and I love to plan. When I have a bride that is also type-A it’s fun because they understand my desire to be prepared and organized, too! Well, let me tell you Courtney is SO organized. When we met for her consult I knew that her wedding day would flow so smoothly with all of the time she had already spent thinking of the different details of the day. The week before her wedding she sent me over their final timeline and it was even color coded with different colors for the bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents, etc. Everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and what was going on, it was beautiful!
Aside from how well organized Courtney + Aaron are, they are also SO kind. Leading up to the wedding Courtney would send me little messages on instagram with pictures of her veil, her dress, etc. I love when my brides include me in on these little details along the way; it makes me feel so special! Also, as we were leaving on their wedding day, they wanted to make sure that I had everything I needed before I left. It’s those little things that make me feel so blessed to have amazing, caring clients. Thank you Lord!!
About Courtney + Aaron:
Aaron and Courtney met years ago in middle school orchestra and began dating in 8th grade! They continued to date through high school and made the difficult decision to go to separate colleges. After one year being long distance, Aaron decided to transfer to Miami University. Although he says he switched for the top ranked middle school education program at Miami, we all know he switched because he missed Courtney! They finished out their college years together and then were once again separated, as Courtney stayed at Miami for graduate school in speech-language pathology and Aaron accepted a teaching job in the Lakota Local School District. Two years later, Aaron was teaching in the Beavercreek City School District and Courtney had graduated from graduate school and found a job in Beavercreek as well. Aaron proposed a year after living in Beavercreek together and they decided to build their first home. Next came their furry addition to the family: the most adorable mini golden doodle, Finley! (You all know I LOVE mini golden doodles… since I have one, too!) They have lived in their home for almost two years now and are enjoying every moment together with their puppy.
